Fort Joy – Hall of Echoes

Fort Joy Guide Hall of Echoes

This is a relatively small area. You will obtain the quest To The Hall of Echoes upon arriving here. While your goal may be to go meet up with the seven bound gods, don’t forget to grab the High Quality Tormented soul on the ledge to your east as you pass by. You can get onto the ledge in a number of ways including phoenix dive, tossing a pyramid up and using the other one, spreading your wings, etc.

Upon reaching the gods you will see pools of Source at their feet. You can cast bless on each of the gods to unlock all of the one line conversations they will offer, but the only one of importance to you is the god for your Character (specifically the one you dealt with when you obtained the Bless spell). Each god is looking for their own champion.

Once you cast bless on your god they will tell you a little bit about the power of the Void and that it is coming to destroy everyone. You will be told that you are a chosen and the champion of your species. They will tell you that you will need to become Divine in order to save the world. You will be kicked out of the Hall of Echoes after your conversation… kind of.

In truth you will still be in the Hall of Echoes, just back on the Lady Vengeance. You can have a conversation with your group about the battle ahead of you. You are going to need to head to the prison on the lowest level of the ship where Malady and the other survivors are waiting. Malady will cast a spell and your ship will reappear in the material world. This is the end of Act 1, congratulations. It will also end the quest To the Hall of Echoes.

I was introduced to the world of gaming at a pretty young age. My dad would invite his friends over, and they would descend into the basement for hours. At first, I was too young to really grasp the games they were playing; Dungeons and Dragons, Ravenloft, Greyhawk. But it was when they began to shift their focus to computer games, that I became really interested.
